Sketchnoting Workshops for Teachers in Gdynia

WWarsztaty Sketchnotingu dla Nauczycieli w Gdyni 2025

In March 2025, I had the pleasure of leading Sketchnoting Workshops for Teachers from secondary schools in Gdynia. Over two inspiring days, we worked in two groups – both filled with enthusiasm, curiosity, and creative energy.

During the sessions, I showed how teachers can combine drawing and content to make learning more memorable and engaging. Participants learned the basics of sketchnoting, or visual note-taking, and discovered simple ways to use it in their lessons across different subjects.

Learning, laughter, and inspiration

These Sketchnoting Workshops for Teachers were all about movement, drawing, and joy. 💛 Everyone learned by doing – creating visual notes based on their own teaching subjects. They designed mind maps, doodle-based lesson summaries, and graphic teaching aids that could be used right in the classroom.

My goal was to show that sketchnoting isn’t about artistic talent – all you need is a marker, a sheet of paper, and an open mind. Even the most complex topics can be made simple, clear, and fun through visual thinking.

The results? Smiles, creativity, and motivation

At the end of the workshops, the teachers shared that they felt inspired, relaxed, and full of new ideas. Their feedback included words like joy, energy, and a fresh perspective on teaching. That’s exactly what these workshops were meant to bring – practical tools, a dose of motivation, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Why Sketchnoting Matters in Education

Sketchnoting Workshops for Teachers open new ways of working with students. They help educators use visuals to make information easier to remember and more engaging to present. But that’s not all – these sessions also help prevent burnout, boost self-confidence, and remind teachers that learning can be enjoyable not only for students, but for them too.

Draw, teach, and inspire

The Sketchnoting Workshops for Teachers in Gdynia proved that teachers also need time and space for creativity, laughter, and growth. These workshops bring fresh energy, encourage new ways of thinking about teaching, and help rediscover the joy of working with students.
