When I write down a recipe for a new dish, I tend to… draw it 🙂 This is how I captured the recipe for this delicious salmon in dill sauce. But this visual recipe was created not only to help me. It was also part of a charity project supporting little Szymon, who needed specialised and very expensive treatment.
